Booking and stay terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Dealfindjoy website and the booking of accommodation and services at Dealfindjoy Limited. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations and payment
All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Reservation requests submitted through the website are not confirmed until a deposit or valid credit card guarantee is received and a confirmation email is issued by our team. No payment is taken at the enquiry stage.
2. Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation. No-shows are charged in full for the first night.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Guest conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if a guest behaves in a manner that disturbs other guests, damages property or violates New Zealand law. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas. Pets are not permitted except registered assistance animals.
5. Liability
Dealfindjoy Limited is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in off-site activities, unless caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
6. Offline nature of the Casino Salon
The Casino Salon is a physical lounge for hotel guests only. It does not offer real-money gambling, online gaming, sports betting or any form of internet wagering. Participation is strictly social and face-to-face. Guests must be 18 years or older to enter after 20:00.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
